If showing a little belly isn’t an issue for you, Take an old fitted shirt and try it on (preferably a t-shirt). Make a careful note of where the shirt lies right under the breast. 2 inch’s under that, cut a straight even line across the shirt, and there you have it! These kinds of shirts are perfect for anything high-waist not just skirts.
